Default MAF Low Voltage

Has anybody had a MAF low voltage issue after doing a cam swap. I installed a hotcam and now keep getting a MAF low voltage code. I already inspected the wiring and cleaned the MAF with maf cleaner.

Any ideas?

did you reverse the plug when plugging in the MAF. It can be plugged in backwards which typically throws a code

No I checked that too. I cleared the code this morning and drove it in to work with the MAF disconnected and felt a bit better. I'm suspecting I might need a new one. It doesn't have the original Delco part either.
