Default T56 issues

So we purchased a Tick stage 2 kit for my t56. We installed it, bench tested and was fine. We put the trans in the car and Neutral is reverse, I'm locked out of 1st and 2nd and the more I tried the worse it got. Now it's stuck in gear and is binding real bad.

I can't think of what I could have missed. I didn't have any extra parts left over. Not sure what went wrong, but it's been like this all summer because I haven't wanted to take it back apart.

I think your only option is to pull it and disassemble. Not much you can do from outside besides pull your shifter and pull your slave.
So with the clutch pressed You are not able to move the shifter into any gear? What about with car off, can you move the shifter into any gear position?

I seem to be able to move the shifter into 3rd, 4th and 5th but thats it. It's an odd issue for sure. I ended up disconnecting the driveshaft just to move the damn thing. I plan on putting it back up on jack stands and pulling the trans again. I think it just likes it's natural state. Car is always on jack stands.

Linkage issues is my guess. I jammed a gear once and lost 6th and reverse. It'd go in the slot, but it acted like it was in neutral. Your issue may be the gears are now locked in with reverse.

Yeah, I'm not sure. I know it's messed up. Hopefully I have time to tear it out soon. With moving the shop and everything else going on, I don't have a lot of time to work on my own stuff.
