T56 issues
So we purchased a Tick stage 2 kit for my t56. We installed it, bench tested and was fine. We put the trans in the car and Neutral is reverse, I'm locked out of 1st and 2nd and the more I tried the worse it got. Now it's stuck in gear and is binding real bad.
I can't think of what I could have missed. I didn't have any extra parts left over. Not sure what went wrong, but it's been like this all summer because I haven't wanted to take it back apart.

I think your only option is to pull it and disassemble. Not much you can do from outside besides pull your shifter and pull your slave.
So with the clutch pressed You are not able to move the shifter into any gear? What about with car off, can you move the shifter into any gear position?

Linkage issues is my guess. I jammed a gear once and lost 6th and reverse. It'd go in the slot, but it acted like it was in neutral. Your issue may be the gears are now locked in with reverse.
