Engine and transmission mounts replacement period?

When to replace engine and transmission mounts? Is it every 60000 miles for stock mounts?

yeah they don't really need to be replaced unless you are starting to hear and feel the engine clunking around in the engine bay.

My engine mounts seemed fine with more than twice that mileage. I guess it depends on how much abuse they get. Generally speaking, the trans mount would be the first to go (and by far, easiest to replace).
