Need This Fuel Hose

Need This Fuel Hose
Cant find it anywhere its for my 94 lt1. Does anyone know where I can get it? also another question I have is in the second pic that little black sock I have is coming apart and has small holes inside as well. Does anyone know if its ok to put back in like that or do I have to replace it. If so I cant find a link to that part also. Any help is appreciated.

Isn't that a return line? If so, any fuel hose will work from any parts store. If it handles pressure then get fuel injection specific hose. Take it with you for proper diameter and cut to length. As far as the sock, this place may be able to help:

Gates makes fuel line. part # 27097. can get at any of the big name auto parts shop.
That part # is for 3/8 inside dia. I used it for 6an return into the fuel bucket. 5/16 for 4an return.

If that is a fuel line that will be submerged into the tank then you need to get submersible fuel line, doesn't matter if it says for fuel injection, I installed fuel injection hose into my tank to my dual pumps and after awhile the fuel line was deteriorating, The submersible line is not cheap, like $25 for a foot..
