Default Formula head Lights....no popups

Wondering if anyone found a way to put lights on these things with no pop-up lights. My hood goes to the bumper and i may put this thing back on the street. Any ideas?

Ive seen some aftermarket solutions that replace the popups with fixed lights, but they look like complete ****.

Case in point.
Yes, once upon a time ago I was curious about the fixed headlight modification for the 1993-1997 Firebirds. The 1998-2002 versions look much better and you could get away with this mod on them without it looking tacky. However, the kit for my car looks HORRIBLE, and not to mention you have to cut away at your front bumper cover and it appears you have to also cut into your hood to get this fixed unit to fit! I absolutely will not do that to my car. Besides, they don't make flip-up headlights for style on cars anymore, now that everything must be streamlined on cars to squeeze out more fuel mileage. Flip-up headlights have gone the way of chromed out decorated cars.

So, I plan to keep my flip-ups and drive them into the rest of the 21st century, but they will be getting the HID projector lens modification, only I plan to use LED bulbs in the projector lenses, and they don't require you to hack away at your car to get them to fit! I would, however, like a custom shop to reinforce my headlight housings with another bracket so that I can eliminate the headlight bouncing when on bumpy roads. I know I must be blinding on-coming traffic at times. Anyways, I recommend the original poster to stick to the flip-up headlights, it's purely style my friend! You will miss them when you go fixed!
