PS pump pressure hose o-ring

Does anyone know the size or source of the o-ring that fits on the end of the pressure hose where it screws into the pump? Mine's too far gone for me to measure the old one.

my guess is 3/8"...you could use a pair of calipers to measure the line end

You can buy packs of O rings in various sizes at auto part stores

Do you know if the o-ring is supposed to fit down inside the bore or just press up against the shoulder?

I've got an assortment of o-rings laying around but I'm not sure how the o-ring should seat. Without the old one to compare sizes to I have nothing to go on.

Parts book says 7.65mm inside diameter by 1.63mm thick.

Good call, ******. The Dorman assortment of o-rings I had on hand had the correct size Rob mentioned. So far so good.
