4th gen camaro i have 1997z28 I was wanted to put coilovers and a possible sway bar Its not going to be a track car,just looking for advice on coil overs that will lower the car by at least 1.5"-2" and give a smooth ride

multiple vendors out there offering kits based on what your goals are. search mwc bmr umi just to name a few

for a sway bars, I would go with Strano bars. hands down the best handling sway bars for these cars, and he now offers adjustable front bars now. for coilovers, you will have to talk to a sponsor to find out what best suits your needs. I have Viking coilovers on my car and they handle decent for a gas charged shock, but not best for handling purposes. I have heard good things about the Strano/UMI Afco coilovers and will probably be switching to those in the near future. other option is Ride Tech has a coilover kit for our cars as well. give Sam Strano a call and he will get you setup
