programming PCM of 1996 impalaby the JET software
programming PCM of 1996 impalaby the JET software Hello, I was programming my 1996 LT1 impala caprice SS OBD2 PCM by the DST JET software and as programming was by the 90% mark the programming got spoiled and the PCM got defected. the car's electrician fixed the fault for around $215. now I don't want to repeat doing the fault again, how to program?
there was a dialog box (for the DST JET software) showing in my laptop that has windows 8 telling to disable some programs like antivirus and other features of the laptop windows 8 before programming the PCM?
the first time the fault happened, windows defender wasn't disabled, is that the fault caused the PCM fault?
how to program the PCM by the DST JET software?
