Spend a few more bucks and get one that won't rust (preferably not the painted black ones) and when you have it installed try to make sure they don't put it too close to the fuel lines.
2 lessons I've learned the hard way.
Don't know if you have longtubes, short tube headers or headers at all but if you have short tubes you have more clearance options up front to put them before the cats with long tubes your kind of just stuck with that limited space after the header flange... that is if you want to dump them right there after the headers. No reason to lose your cats but of course the muffler shop well tell you what needs to be adjusted to make it fit with your magnaflow.

I have a QTP electric cutout and I have mine welded into the straight section of my cat back after the y-pipe merge. I have longtubes and a catless y but that straight section (I believe its called the I-pipe?) should be the same regardless of what header setup you're running
