Default Wideband sensor location

See pic, where on my mac y pipe should i install the wideband sensor for my aem afr gauge?? Should it be closer to the motor on one bank or down the y pipe where both banks connect?

Either side under the 3 bolt flange, low enough not to interfere with the bolts.

I have mine installed on bank 1 side about 6-8inches behind the header flange. Not to highjack, but innovative has their new dual sensor gauge now. I've been wanting that one, one sensor for each bank.

So placing it down where the y pipe merges is too far away from the motor then?? A dual sensor wideband would be nice. Surprised they are now just coming out with one!

Lt1-xjs, haha i think i see it in the pic too!!! My y pipe doesnt have a bung unfortunately. Gotta drill one in !
