Default Do I Have To Drop The Tank?? Please Help

So yesterday I took off the charcoal canister to replace it, was even thinking about doing a delete on it as well but right after I took it out one of the hoses just came off and I dont know where it connects to since I dont have enough room to even see above the fuel tank. Was this hose even connected anywhere??

Im looking at this diagram below but it is not that helpful.

On the picture I uploaded it is the second hose connected on the canister.

Is there an easier way to get to the back of the tank and see if I can plug the hose or just drop the tank and take it from there?

That does look like one of the vent lines that runs to the top of the tank.

It very strongly resembles the EVAP line that runs to the purge solenoid mounted to the forward driver's side of the axle hump.

There is also a line that just comes off the EVAP and rests on top of the side of the tank that just vents to air. It looks like that one based on how short it is. Look in deeper past the charcoal canister, and you'll see another little hub. It probably connects to that.

It goes no where, but is open to the atmosphere. I ran into the same problem.

Have a look here....pics included.
