There's more to consider than just "biggest".
IVC event is what you need to be conservative on with that low SCR. The rest of the valve timing events can be manipulated to make the best of the situation.
You could go up to a 224 intake duration, but then keep the LSA tight, something like a 108, and go with something in the 228-230 exhaust duration range. Installed ~4 deg advanced, for a 104 deg intake centerline.
That would give you about a 8.15 DCR, and would be very responsive. In an LT1, that would even run on 87 octane fuel.

If you know how far the piston is in the hole, you can spec the right thickness head gasket to get better quench and higher compression. 10:1 is too low for an LT1, you need to be around 11 or 11.5:1, with an 0.030-0.040 quench. With the piston 0.010 in the hole, an 0.026" impala head gasket will give a perfect 0.036 quench, and help bring the CR up. What cc are your pistons?

If you're getting a custom grind (I assume from LE or AI?) then just tell them your engine specs, and your goals with the engine and they will set you up with the right cam for what you want and your engine...

^Right On^
My post was just to help him understand what they could do for him.
