Crank Bolt Washer Size/Thickness

Crank Bolt Washer Size/Thickness Does anyone know what size the washer is that fits the crank bolt? I looked up the part number but it has been discontinued. I figured if I can't find an oem washer then I could fit several hardened washers together to achieve the same goal. Would that be okay?
