Default Hood to Cowl Seal

So everytime that it rains my engine gets wet due to the cowl being old and dry, its time to replace. I've been searching everywhere with no luck. Then I looked on rockauto and it showed that they have 4 in stock for my model year 1994. When the part comes in its for a 88-92. Now I have to return it and im never ordering from then again since they always mess up my orders. Does anyone know where I can get this weatherstrip?

Even a new strip may not help. Usually the part of the cowling the seal rests on gets warped from engine heat and water will pass under the seal. Mine had this problem when it was around eight years old.

I tried classic industries but the part is discontinued. I’m going to have to rig something up so that water doesn’t get through anymore

Just left it. If the engine is sealed it's no issue. I found out the hard way when the intake was off, had a torrential downpour and had to drain about 1/2 a gallon of water out of the oil pan.
