Default Corvette LT1 Accessory Drive Questions

Hello
So I am swapping an LT1 from a 97 F-body into a C3 Corvette.
I got my hands on an 90's LT1 corvette accessory drive. The guy I got it from did not know what year it was from. It was not 100% complete and I have since learned that there were to different drive belts if not two different brackets?

I noticed that the idler pulley I found in the box of parts was ribbed. I thought it was a mistake at first and ordered the later smooth pulley and tensioner for a 95 corvette along with the 95 corvette damper.
Everything looks to line up but when I went to install the 95 belt it did not fit it was too short.
Also the PS pump has a metal pulley on it and I have noticed that some of the vette LT1's used a composite. Is there a pulley size difference?
I am also using the F-body alternator with the case clocked 180 degrees. and right now I have the A/C compressor that was in the box with the accessory bracket.

My question is is there a difference between the 92 to early 93 LT1 corvette accessory drive brackets and the later corvette accessory drive bracket?
What are the differences between the two systems?
Do the accessories use different size diameter pulley?
Is the damper diameter on the 92 and early 93 a different size?
Is the PS pulley different diameter size?
Is the A/C pulley diameter different?
Is there a difference between the alternator pulley diameter?
Can I just get a longer belt and use the smooth idler pulley to make it all work? This was going to be my next attempt. The engine is in the frame and it looks to clear everything if I just get a longer belt it looks like everything is lined up.
Car is a ground up restomod so I'd like to know if I need to change anything now so I can get to it easier. Once I get the fuel system in place I may run the wire harness so I can fire it up and check everything to make sure the belt is okay before putting the tub back on.

If it all lines up, measure for new belt and use different tensioner. Also, if you haven't already, you will need to turn off VATS- http://shbox.com/1/pass_key.html

What PCM are you using?

I'm using the entire harness from the Fbod with the 95 PCM already tuned for the engine combo. This came out of my 97 F-body I built a while back.

Yes. With LT4 Knock module. Had this package on the street for a couple of years and ran well. Was a 383 at one point but the eagle crank snapped. Luckily behind the #8 rod journal so the heads were spared and put them back on a freshened stock bottom end. with a new tune. Will be going back to 383 once I line out the car and get it on the road. Makes power but it's all above 3500 and I loved the torquey cam I had in the 383. Made good power from just below 2500 all the way to 6k. Awesome street setup. LE2 heads on this stock bottom end wants to pull over 7K and it's not ready for that. Made one pull and it pulled to 6800 and I got out of it and said Nope, not going there. This setup needs a cam swap. Cam Loyd ground for this is too much. I dont want to loose another block.
