Default Timing Chain

Chevy Perf Parts has decided to up the price of the LTxtreme timing chain kit, and I’m planning a winter cam swap, trying to figure out if the kits timing chain can be purchased separate or is it an all or nothing type of deal when replacing this chain? For the record, I already have this timing chain on my engine, but considering I’m going more aggressive on the cam I figured I might as well put a new chain on while it’s all apart.

Don't ever just replace the chain. If your current one is not stretched out and the links are in good shape just reuse it.

T/y, looks like I’ll be biting the bullet and purchasing a new kit if needs replacement.
