Car has well over 200k miles but holds good oil pressure . Also when changing the oil no metal specs were found. I've been driving it like this for 2 years but I can not take this ticking noise anymore!

 

Valvetrain components most likely. If you can't take it anymore you need to take the valve covers off, take the rockers off and inspect all VT components to see if there is excessive wear. It's also possible the rockers need to be readjusted.

 

There a lot of noise. Take belt off see if it helps isolate or eliminates tapping
