Head Gasket question Seeing how I travel for work so much, I am just now able to change my head gaskets and I am looking at the Mr. Gasket 5716G but it says for bores of 4.100". This is an extremely popular gasket but I know I have a standard 4.00" bore. I know of other individuals with a 4.00" standard bore running this gasket and doing fine, but am I missing something? Shouldn't we be using a 4.00 inch bore gasket, or a 4.040 at most for an engine with a standard 4.00" bore?
