93 LT1 fuel rails

93 LT1 fuel rails So i need to replace the fuel rails and fuel pressure regulator on my 93 Trans Am. I know to remove it you have to take off the 4 bolts holding them in but on the 93 style there is something else holding it in the back. Has anyone ever removed these or is there any guide on how to?
If the fuel injectors are still connected to the rails it can be a pain to remove. I spray wd-40 into the injector bungs and wiggle the rails back/forth while pulling up. If they've been in there for a long while it can be very difficult to remove. Why do you need to replace the rails?
