Default SBE And N2O ring gap?

My SBE was rebuilt by myself years ago, still low mileage, everything still really good. I don’t recall my ring gap at the The ring exactly but I do want to think I had a few extra thou after having the bores all honed. What’s a safe amount to spray in my situation and what have some of you guys actually sprayed and continued to get by with? I want to think that I’ve seen as much as a 300 hit go with no issues and I wasn’t planning to spray more than 200, less than that starting off. I need to really get the feel for it and learn how to keep it safe with the tune before going nuts. My biggest concern is not enough gap and the ring closing up abs popping off a ring land.

Verify with the cam guy how heavy a shot you can pump thru efficiently

I've spoken with Lloyd several times on some other cams much larger than what my current cam is and on those particular cams were set the limit at about 175 and 200 pushing the limit. This is on a solid roller we’ve spoken on. Never discussed this particular cams but I would like to think that I can get by with a 200 hit on what I have. I can give you my current specs. 233/239 @.050, .569/.576, 111 LSA. That’s all I have.

Do you have forged pistons and rods, if so a 200 - 250 shot if not then a 100 - 150 shot would be my recommendation.
