Do I need a tune for the cc306?? I got a 97 Firebird lt1 I got the comp cam 306 in it untuned at the moment yes I will eventually get it tuned
at the moment it runs and idols fine only problem is sometimes the check engine light comes on randomly like a multiple misfire code popped up but it wasn’t misfiring (I even had a shop look into it)
so with it running fine without being tuned what can Problems could happen (I’m gonna eventually get it tuned) and I don’t drive it very often I’d just like to get it out every once and awhile if it’s ok without the tune for alittle bit
the specs of the cam is duration advertised-290/307
lift- .510,.540
