Default Modified lt1 TA starting issues

Just as the title says, I rebuilt my lt1 with le2 heads and a custom ground cam from elliot and some other goodies and a tune from solomon. The problem comes as the engine will fire on each cylinder but the car itself doesn't get enough to actually start. Each header is very hot to the touch after cranking for 10-15 seconds or so. Each cylinder has around 185psi compression and clearly has fuel and spark as the cylinders are combusting. During the build I also replaced all the spark plugs and replaced the coil and ICM, as well as the fuel injectors. The car currently isn't throwing any codes and ran well back in march before the engine rebuild began. If anyone has any suggestions or ideas they would be appreciated as I am at a loss for what to do next. I could post a video of the engine cranking if anyone thinks it would be of value.

It's a 96 car and the opti sat flush against the pin without being forced at all. I thought there was only one way to install the opti?

There is only one way that is correct, though it can be installed incorrectly.
