Misfire

Misfire I got a 97 lt1 Firebird formula
i just put the comp cam 306 in it this winter, has all supporting parts for this cam has k&n cold air intake hooker shorty headers true duel x pipe exhaust egr/air pump delete coolant bypass mod msd opti wires and coil, I did the msd opti and wires about 2 years ago so I wouldn’t think tht would b the problem but idk I’ve also did the under tray delete, where the air filter is exposed to get more air flow, not sure if tht would cause this issue and making it run lean
now When I first got done with the cam I had the valves set to 0 lash and thts it and it would run fine, then I herd u gotta do an extra 1/4 to 1/2 turn so I first did a extra 1/4 turn past 0 lash and then thts when it started to misfire, so I did a extra 1/2 turn past 0 lash and it’s still giving me the misfire codes, first it was a multiple/random misfire then a misfire on cylinder 5 then turned into a cylinder 1 misfire now it’s back to the random/multiple misfire, I’ve changed the plugs and have it tuned for everything as well so I’m not so sure what the problem is or what is causing this, and I’ve made sure all the wires r on right and made sure I had no vacuum leak, any ideas, thanks
