How integrated? Older Big Stuff 3

How integrated? Older Big Stuff 3 I am not 100% sure I am going to go this route, but I picked up a 95 Z28 convertible parts car a few years ago. It is running an earlier Big Stuff 3 for the engine and a TCI controller for the trans.
I am already planning to remove the current engine and install a stock motor, to turn around and sell the car. I am curious as to how much integration was probably done body wise for the big stuff 3, or is it primarily engine harness side?
I might want the Big Stuff 3 for my 87 IROC due to the thing desperately needing an aftermarket ECU.I have a friend who is familiar with and has the cables to tune the older BS3. So I am wondering how much is involved with putting a stock PCM/harness back into the 95...
