13.3:1 to high for 97 octane???

13.3:1 to high for 97 octane??? Can anyone tell me what the minimum octane requirement would be for an lt4 with 13.3:1 compression?
I know the reverse flow cooling system will help with this but not sure if it is enough.
I have found 97 at a local gas station but the next step is $8 gal race fuel.
If 97 will not work what ratio of 97 would I have to mix with 110?
