Default Err code 13 left O2

Got this code after a rare hard run with a 911 gt3 on the highway. Ehack is showing frozen voltage for one of the O2’s. Note: this clip was taking right by after I cleared the code.

question is, does it sound like a wiring issue or just replace the sensor itself?

nevermind can’t post the videos on this 5 star quality site with an iPhone.

In the video I was showing live data from ehack showing left was frozen at 448mv and right was bouncing around 950-980mv.

94 Z Auto

Anyways thanks guys!

I think 448mV is the value our PCMs consider the swing point, I'd have to take a look at a stock calibration in TunerPro to confirm. In other words, until closed loop, anything above or below this value is ignored since it's a 'target' starting point. If the wires look good, you can trace PCM wires (clear) C19, 20 tan/white, purple/white for the driver's side O2. Those are low & high signal wires to the PCM. I'd have to look up where the power and ground go, but you should see voltage between the other 2 wires on the sensor side at KOEO to prove the heater circuit is good. If wiring is intact and heater circuit feed voltage and ground are good, then you indeed have a dead sensor.
