1994 z28 lt1 problems?

1994 z28 lt1 problems? Ok i have a 1994 Z28 camaro lt1 automatic fresh rebuild on the 4l60e trans. But having some problems i can’t find the cause of for starts if i’m stopped or at a low speed and go WOT the motor revs up but the car don’t accelerate no faster however if i’m at say 60ish and go WOT the car goes just fine. The other problem being if i’m driving around and let out of the gas to coast the car starts jerking untill i give it gas again or press the brakes. but will do it again when i let out of either one. Any input would be a big help thank you (car has new thermostat,new optispark,new plugs wires, putting new plugs in tomorrow, new fuel pump,long tube headers

Any chance there's a build sheet for the trans? Was it the confirmed original, or was it an off the shelf rebuilt unit from somewhere? 94 and 95 are both unique years and absolutely won't interchange.** If you took any pics of the trans before you put it in, can you post those up? The 3 external cues are the case connector (12 pins in 94, 13 in 95) and the pump housing plate on a 95 and anything after will have PWM cast in raised letters above the input shaft. 3rd on is the stamped code just above the pan on the passenger side rear corner, which will reveal manufacture date, application, etc. We can possibly first help you with any obvious mismatch in the application, and then look at fluid level (worth verifying), then rebuild recipe/ what was put in it, and last, any PCM calibration changes that might be needed for the trans if significant changes or upgrades have been done.
** except a 95 trans in a 94 car with a PCM calibration change to 95 code and one additional wire run from PCM D6 to trans pin U to run the PWM solenoid added in 95. I suppose you could reverse this (94 trans in 95 car) but I don't know of anyone personally that's done it.
