Default 1994 LT1 high idle, tried everything!

Hello everyone and thanks in advanced for any help you can offer. I have 1994 LT1, reprogrammed and tuned, MAF deleted, LT4 cam swap, and it’s idling at 1500 rpm. It used to run fine, just out of nowhere I started it one day and it wouldn’t idle back from 2000rpm. I’ve shotgunned parts at this thing including: IAC, TPS, and MAP sensors, I’ve tried multiple resets for the IAC, I’ve sprayed ether all around the intake, brake booster, and anything else that has a hose attached to the intake, I’ve checked the cables for binding, cleaned the TB replaced the throttle body gasket, ITS DRIVING ME CRAZY! I can’t figure it out l, please any information is appreciated.

update: it idle down today, thought maybe I had to drive it to let it relearn, however I shut it off and turned it back on, went right back to 1500. The only difference I noticed is that the temp gauge went past the first line ( it has a 180 stat in it.) maybe it’s just not warming up enough?

does it idle like this cold and hot? have you put a volt meter to the TPS to see what kind of voltage readings you're getting with blades closed and WOT? Is the throttle blades stop screw (it is not an idle screw) out of whack? Should be adjusted to where you only see a hint of daylight.

yes all the way through, it has a 180 stat in it. I posted an update about it.

Because it does that right when cold I'm wondering if it's still some sort of mechanical issue. So you are saying the blade stop screw is adjusted correctly?
Just for ***** and giggles, I'd still try and see what your TPS voltage reads as well as unplugging the MAF.

I’m taking it in on Monday, I’m good with old style throttle bodies but not this style. There is no MAF on this as it has been tuned out.

I had a high ide problem once where the engine just wouldn't idle down and was hovering a few hundred rpm higher than where it should be so I added a second spring to help close the blades all the way and that fixed it. This was on an aftermarket twin throttle body.
