@shbox This is a B-Body so both oil cooler lines run straight to the radiator unlike on the F-Body. I don't think it is a water line.
I am not an LT1 god like you are though Rob so I could be swinging way out of left field here.

Ok, well, IDK what the B-body has. If the lines going to the radiator had oil in them, then that would be a clue.
