I actually emailed TPIS last week if their Mini ram would have enough port volume for bigger 23° degree heads just to see if it was a cheaper viable option other than custom intakes.

Sent them specs and pics of the new block.

Haven't heard back yet.

I'll be interested in knowing. It would be nice to have a worked over 245 AFR head and TPIS intake & a monoblade to retain that LT1 appearance.

I shot them another email linking this thread but they're probably not even in business anymore or even relevant.

A Hogan intake or SBC style single plane intake with an LS style throttle body is probably the most logical route to go. Grubworm (John Atkins) used a Brodix intake with his LT1 heads.

I'd build a 420" with a 4.155" bore x 6" rod x 3.875 stroke and CNC ported SB2 heads (modded for reverse LT1 cooling passages from M&M) and fuel injection single plane intake with an elbow and a 120mm tb custom 2" stainless headers and twin turbos.

If you watch the PRI demonstration video you'll notice a certain cylinder head on the table with a reverse cooling port.

Negative. I do love the LT1 and do not like the LSx engines, i want to do something retarded with a straight 6 out of a BMW or find an LT5 engine to swap in. But need a convertible foundation. About to do a seafoam treatment to save a 96 WS6 hardtop. But I would love to use this block if i had the funds to do an all out LT4 build.

I had a long run with them but wanted the ease of weight reduction and the effortless power they make. It’s a nice piece, I got to look at them in December and knew exactly what it was from 10 feet away. Would be cool to build one. I still have a brand new COLA 4.0” stroke 2.65 main crank and Ross 2618 flat tops that have sat for 20 years years originally intended for my Elco that would be a nice addition to one of these.

What’s wrong with the WS6?

Was sitting for a long time, bad gas and rotten hoses as well as a really bad quarter panel repair. I personally dont want to put the time and effort to fully get to going because ill just look to sell to get into a convertible. I dint want to feel like im putting alot of effort and work into a car someone else will enjoy. Theyll need to do the hard work, ill get it driving though. Or might just part it out, the quarter panel is fubar'd and causing doubts and stuff.
