Default ARP Head Stud Torque

What is everyone using for a stock block? After reading about dozens of head bolt threads pulling using ARPs 80 ft/lbs recomendation I am considering 65 ft/lbs. The late Joe Sherman insisted that a GM block would fail above 70 ft/lbs and suggested sticking with 65 ft/lbs.

I went with 70 when i did arps.
Recently with arp bolts I stopped at 67 lbs because i didn't like the way the bolt was feeling.
