Default Is this an LT4 hotcam?

I have a guy selling a cam and he is saying it is an LT4 Hotcam. I can’t find any info about it online and hoping someone can tell me what it is. It has 071FM75 and 154 03L stamped on the end of it and has a pink stripe on it.

All I can tell is it is a stepped snout for a roller block and it does look like it will accommodate a vented optispark. Other than that, no clue.

yeah I am having a difficult time figuring out what this thing is! I can’t find any info online. I am skeptical he may have put a hotcam in and this was the one pulled out.

If this isn’t a hotcam, does anyone know what it is?

Ask him for clarification or move on. It's already a bad sign he's displaying the wrong cam.

A used cam that you can't identify is trouble.

Hope you pass on this purchase.....I would.
