Car started making this noise off and on then when I got home I rev’d it a couple times and it would not go away. It has stopped doing it a couple times but pretty much does it 24/7 now. Any ideas? Think I’m going to start by pulling the belt. It as a Meziere water pump, No A/C or emissions on the car.

 

Ended up being the power steering pump. Pulled the belt and it disappeared.
