I never got around to paint/powder coating my intake . It always makes the engine look way better. Also like the coil brackets they have pictured. Appreciate the motivation. Plan to have engine able to be fired up before the end of the year.
working on taping up the engine harness for better look/ ease of install or removal.
next large purchase is a body harness from American Autowire.
then some odds and ends. Hoses, fluids, spark plugs, etc.
be nice to get a video of start up and running posted.
Been plugging away on a few items. Took a little break over the winter, also depleted some funds 😅
Have a few more pictures but have gotten more done than pictures Modified a coil bracket with some scrap metal to mount my coils in the back side of the truck intake manifold. They fit under the air cleaner and was about the only place that would fit properly. Also gives it a natural look as if it has a distributor. Mocking up my radiator with the mighty mouse fan shroud. Got a pair of Spal fans. The 9” in picture I ended up changing out as it was a 24v and not what I wanted.now have a lower profile like the other fan. Been seeing people having issue with cooling and thought the sclerosis would help pull/direct air. Mounted the bill head pass through fuel fitting behind the drivers shock tower. Made the AN lines to connect to the regulator. And another line to supply the fuel log. Have new stealth fuel tank from Aeromotive. Cutout and bought trap door from summit to give east access if needed. Have it a clean look Picture of the under hood fuel line routing. Much cleaner look than stock imo. Loosely mocked the fuel lines that have been tucked up closer and secured to the rear of the fender well. These will be hidden and protected behind the inner fender well. Loosely ran battery to starter wiring with junction block on A/C delete panel. This will has been cleaned up and completed. Also started wiring kit first m American autowire for the rest of the vehicle.
