What 24x conversion is this, if it even is one?

As the title says, trying to identify if this is a 24x conversion or not, and what brand is this? From a 97 Camaro. Looks like it still uses the stock computer (I thought all 24x were required to switch to a LS1 computer) and still has the opti in place.

Thank you

It's an LT engine not a Gen III LS with a 24X system.

Yes I know that, but there are 24x conversion systems which converts LT1s to a 24x (the LS system) to eliminate the Opti spark system. The seller says this has been 24x converted but the info I've learned in previous research is not matching what I'm seeing here, so I'm reaching out to people more knowledgeable than me

That is a factory PCM. A 24x conversion will use an aftermarket computer or a factory GM 411 computer. That looks to be a LTCC or Delteq setup. Both use the Opti and factory computer but use coils instead of the distributor and single coil setup. They use the optical sensor as a cam position sensor and move the voltage to individual coils.

Stumbled upon this https://www.camaroz28.com/forums/lt1...ctions-882760/

I think that's what this is (or some variation of the same idea) not a true 24x conversion, so the seller must be misinformed. However, still trying to verify 100%. People with knowledge of both or either system, please chime in.

TIA

Didn't see your reply before I posted again but that is also the conclusion I came to

After looking up the Delteq ignition kit. I would say that this is more than likely the LTCC kit, if you go to their page they use that little black box there as seen in the third picture.
