I recently have swap a 97 obd2 lt1 with a 4L60e into a 97 Camaro that had the v6 on it(also with a A4), engine was running fine in the original car, the only things I removed (because of space) was the Air, Evap and EGR not knowing if this would give me a trouble like this, since the swap was done overdrive and drive are always 3rd gear and I can manually shift into 2nd and 1st but I will always stay on 2nd.
My scanner gave me the following codes: P0121, P0336, P0403, P0443.
The first code has gave me hell, TP sensor has been replaced to a new one but when reading the voltage with a voltmeter the signal is almost at 5v and decreases at WOT instead of being in a low voltage and increasing at WOT.
The EGR and EVAP are physically deleted so obviously that’s why code appears.
And I really don’t know why does the CKP sensor appears
I have read that 96-97 lt1 are more difficult in terms of deleting something like the EGR.
My questions are:
Why does my TP voltage is backwards?
How can I properly delete my EGR and EVAP (I know that PCM tuning is an option but I don’t know what software to use)?
What can be causing CKP sensor to appear?
And most importantly
Will solving this codes fix my cars condition?
Is there a way to bypass permanently limp mode or whatever the condition is on it?

Did the '97 LT1 engine harness and PCM come with the engine? Sounds like something is screwed with the wiring or you have the wrong TPS sensor. Pull the connector off the TPS sensor and check the voltages with the key on position. Below is from a '96 service manual.
