LT1 refresh kit?

LT1 refresh kit? I have a ’95 LT1 2 bolt main out of my same Z-28 (A4); my question is does anybody have any recommendations on a refresh kit or specific manf. or part #’s for rings, bearings, and oil pump. The block has been cleaned 2x and all specs are w/tolerances, mach shop says cylinders just need a hone. I am planning on the “Hot Cam Kit” (w/o the heads) and PCM For Less tune. From what I have read LT’s are the way to go but the emission thing worries me because it is still my main mode of transportation, so I will prob. stay with stock manifolds and do a custom Y-Pipe & exhaust (at least 3”) and a c/a.
1. Can anyone give me any info on “Metric” rings?
2. Should I have the valves enlarged to the same size of the LT4 heads?
3. Any off-the-cuff HP predictions?
