So I have this black tube that I don’t know where it connects to but it leaks like a brown oil like substance (probably oil…) but I don’t know where it connects to

! It’s the one with the green rag on it

 

Is it loose like that? Maybe PCV. From your valve cover towards your intake manifold, there's a tube with nothing connected.

 

Seeing as there is so much that looks like it has been disconnected it looks like an inherited project. That pipe and the sizing looks like the return from the power steering resevoir. The power steering fluid resevoir mounts to the shock tower on the pass side right by the battery from the factory
