Default 108k LT1...

Hey guys, I have an LT1 with 108k on it now. My is that i want power. i got new head for it just stock Lt1s...i was was thinking about putting better springs on it and HD lifters, and pushrods, and rockers, then get a cam for it, with a 58mm and heards and full ex... or do u guys thing i can do a lot more with my car even with 108k on it? It was very strong dose just around 13.6... i have a stage 3 clutch going into it this weekend, and going to get a 3.73 for it. Just want to see what u guys all have to say..And more is there a site/place where u can just get a short block LT1? Thanks again..Ciao

You also need to get all of the other bolt ons (headers, catback, CAI) before you do your heads. If you are going invest in new springs lifters and pushrods I would definately spend the money on having your heads ported and polished and maybe even upgrading to some 2.0" 1.55" valves. The 58 mm TB is overkill. A mildly modified engine just won't be able to rev high enough to utilize a TB of that size and could infact hurt your throttle response. Plus, you can't go bigger than a 54 mm TB with out porting out your intake. I would recommend a 52 mm TB.
