If it is a 98-00 automatic I would expect you to be a good match from a dig if you can drive well. From a roll, I would expect you to have a big advantage over an auto.

Most stock 97s dyno between 255 to 260 RWHP. With your mods, I would expect maybe 15 to the wheels so, 270-280 RWHP.

The lowest rwhp stock A4 LS1 I've seen was 286 rwhp. Most seem to be in the 290's to low low 300's. I'd expect that against an M6 LT1 that's putting down at LEAST 260-270 that it'd be a drivers race .... unless he's got a T/C, in that case then you'd better stick to a roll

You better hope he isn't a manual from a roll.

From a dig, you should take him until like 70-80. If he is an auto with 2.73 gears, I don't think you guys will go fast enough for him to catch up.

But make no mistake about it, once the speed gets higher, the LS1 becomes that much better than the LT1.

Lid on an LT1? What is that?
