put a wet kit and spray 150. that will whoop some serious ***.

i have beaten a 6speed ls1 on a 75 shot (wet) though.

 

^ What he said. LT1s take very well to nitrous and most will handle a 150-shot in stride. An LT1 on a 150-shot will destroy a stock LS1.

 

The ls1 wont stand a chance....bus lengths....the ls1 could even do some bolt on mods and still get raped. However....with the No2 tell him to get some intake stuff....CAI, homeport his T/b...and get an exhaust cutout. That would be good. Plus a tq converter and gears and a shift kit. That would shut up that ls1 bitch for awhile...lol. He'll go home crying after your friend disappears into the sunset. Tires would be a good mod too. Drag radials....say it with me now D R A G R A D I A L S. Good now go get em and get us some braggin rights.

 

I have a 97 LT1 vert, that went 11.50 at 119 with basic boltons and a 150 dry shot, before my cam. I also had gears and a stall. You should have no problem with a small shot and some tires.

I prefer a wet kit, but a 75 dry shot on a healthy motor with a good PCM tune is fine. I also like NGK TR6's for dope usage, but a little shot once in a while is OK without them.

Go rape that LS1. I do it all the time in my '94.

 

i live on the south side of oklahoma ok here is how the *** whipping went 1. race we went from about a 20 roll and we sprayed 100 shot (wet) and we just killed him by about 4 cars or so it was great! 2. run we went from a dead stop it was even worse cuz that ls1 is a 6 speed and my friends car is a auto so 3 honks and that ls1 was so far back i could not even see his headlights lol it was great the ls1 guy was pissed that he lost to a lt1 so now he said he is going to haft to do some work to that beater. when he gets it done he said i want some more of that car! i just said alright (we will just bring the bottle) thanks for the advice guys i think he is saving up for headers and we are going to put plugs in it, is NGK tr6 all right that is what i would run if i were going to spray my ls1 but i use NGK tr55!
