MSD 6AL box burning out opti?

MSD 6AL box burning out opti? Was reading this thread over on z28.com.
If you read all of it you will see that some people are saying that they have to replace their opti every 12-15k miles after an MSD box install. Anyone here back that up? Who has one? Any problems?

I am in the 12-15K mile cap and rotor gruop.

14K miles is the most I have gotten out of an Opti with my MSD-6T

some of it is luck of the draw and area
then again some push there cars harder then others? when was the last time your car saw 6,000. how about 7,000? Mine see's both of those alot. first sign is usually a high end miss that starts to get worse.
There have been some good post on the subject. I tend to burn my caps out Then again my wifes car that never gett's pushed that hard and does not have a MSD had 50K miles on the opti we replaced at 76k miles
