Default Head/cam swap, car wont start now...

I just did heads/cam on my LT1 and now it wont start, I checked spark, and fuel and have both of them. Any other ideas and why it wont start now. It turns over but will not fire. The first time I tried starting it fired up for a couple seconds then died

HELP!

I was up one night from 11pm to 1pm, straight throught the night putting in my 383, went to go start it.......just turned over and over...what the F$@#, I had spark and fuel...I just thought...I didn't install the cam wrong did I? Found out the spark from the plug wire that runs from the Coil to the Optispark was arcing over on the waterpump. Just have someone watch that area while you turn it over. check all your wires for spark..."coil to opti", "opti to computer", and plugs. Good Luck

Double check as many plug in wires as you can,

Just so you don't foul our the plug with fuel

Put the gas pedal on the floor , turn the key on, start the car, as soon as it fires let off the gas,

Everytime the car tries to fire it is dumping fuel, what i just told you above will tell the computer not to add fuel, during the start period
