Right now it looks like I'm going to take it to another mechanic for a second opinion. If that doesn't work out, I'll start replacing parts- starting with motor mounts and the tranny mount.
swap out the trans mount first. if that doesnt solve it. then maybe TC is not balanced anymore. try rotating it to another bolt hole on the flywheel. rotate just the TC not the engine. after that im thinking internal trans. input shaft or something.

the TC in his car is **** anyway, could definately use one a little higher, if he goes so far as to take it off and move it and then might not even be the problem and have to do it again to replace it he might as well just replace it with the one that should of been in there in the first place...

I immediately noticed more vibration after I put in the poly trans mount, but it wasn't that bad at it's worst. Also, I just got dumped duals put on mine and now notice major vibration at certain rpm. Done any exhaust mods? It's worth a check.

my 94 did the same thing when i put my poly mount on. what i did to help it alot and almost eliminated it was cut a tire sidewall and puinch some holes in it for the cross member bolts to go thru., made one for top agianst the body and under the crossmember. then cut a piece to fit under the trans mount inbetween the member and the mt. try this and see what happens. bc mine was bad before but almost gone after.
