off road y pipe

off road y pipe I live in an area where emmissions arent in place. I have a cat back flowmaster system on my car, what company makes off road y pipes without selling them with a header system? My local speed shop told me they werent aware of anybody who does this? Also, would it sound mean with the off road and the flows (i've always had Cobras, and they sounded mean as hell with them)? Check out Stainless Works in a Summit catalog. They make Y pipes for long tubes and shorties. They're also a sponsor on this board. They're towards the bottom. Since you've had Mustangs, you might be wanting a crossover X pipe but I'm not aware of anyone who makes those. My personal opinion is that our cars don't sound as good as the Mustangs but at least they perform.
If I could do it again, I would run true duals from long tubes back to the front of the rear. That seems to be kinda popular now.
