Pacesetter LT Problems
Pacesetter LT Problems Installed the new Pacesetter headers this weekend and at the header flange I have exhaust leaks at every port between the head and the header. I used the GM stock lead header gaskets, thats what I have always had good luck with.
Turns out after taking the headers back off, looking at the header flange the surface is not smooth. The bolt holes in the flange are roughly .020 higher causing the header not to seat properly. Anyone else having this issue or is it just my bad luck???

no , you should call the place were you bought the LT , and tell them you received a bad set of LTs and they should give you some new ones. I know that pace setter does have warranty for faulty or damaged headers.
