Alvin at PCMforless made one and hes selling it, I have seen the old school style dist on stock style intake manifolds, but no one makes a LT1 roots blower, you have to make one.

Rooster on CZ28 had a roots setup that he recently ditched. You might want to do a search for him, I believe his SN is Rooster93 or something similar.
Not worth it IMO....too much hastle, clearancing and fabrication for the gains. Better of with a centrifugal or turbo. And yes there are provisions for running a standard distributor.

A shop out of NJ (Mease Performance)has a prototype roots setup running in an Impala he said afte those begin to move he will work on the f-body for now though the intake is sheetmetal and the firt runs of this setup will all be sheetmetal intakes $$$$$$$$$$$$$$. He has to be sure of numbers before setting up to have them cast. Don't know how far this project will really go the shop while I believe good, has promised a bit more than they could deliver at least timewise in the past. He is primarily into GNs but his wife has an Impala so he dabbles in the LT1 a bit but does not devote the effort to it that say Combination Motorsports does.
The lt1 can run a standard distributor. You need to remove the oil pump driveshaft, and plop in a distrib. You either need to convert to a signle plane intake, or you need to send off your LtX intake to www.lt1intake.com for them to cut the hole in it (or do it yourself)
There is a thread in advanced tech on cz28 that i started, LOTS of good info on the distributor. title is something like "interesting lt1 to distributor find"
