The Roadmaster, Impala, Fleetwood, Caprice all got the same LT1 be it cop car or grandpa's wagon the Caprice was the only one of those with anything but an LT1 as a choice it was called an L99 4.3L V8 basically a baby LT1. They were 260/330 exept the mechanical fan cars which they knocked the ratings down on a tad for the parasitic loss of the fan, you also need to consider that those ratings were with a more choked up intake and exhaust(quiet they were for the luxury old people market) and the power was made at a lower rpm. People say "cast heads" like it is a bad thing fact is until 96 those cast heads outflowed the aluminums by about 5% and the weight difference is only 35lbs, the 96-7 aluminum heads are only as good as not better than the irons so those that say it like they are a bad thing are wrong. There are a couple bolton Impalas running 12.6 that should speak to the potential of our iron heads and tiny cam, ran the numbers through somkemup.com's MPH based HP calculator(nails my car dead on to what it made on the dyno) and got 320+ RWHP for a couple cars with other reports of over 300rwhp on dynos. Keep in mind that these have a longer driveshaft for a little more weight, the fast guys do use something light and we have 8.5" axles more rotating weight so these engines in an f-body would likely put down a little more power to the wheels. The lightest of the mentioned cars is 3925lbs. with a scrawny driver so these while lightened are not anything resembling light.

It's impossible to even give an estimate since it totally depends on the specs of the cam. An overbore shouldn't necesarily add any power at all.
