383 or 396?
And I will place to order in the one of these two links.. Please take a look and say your opinions.. I got 97 lt1 Camaro.. This is my daily car.. I don't want to have lots of problems everytime.. 383 or 396 ?? (also I will get all of the parts below, except 58mm Throttle Body-cold air system which I got

The Dynamic Balance option is one of the best that we offer, this will be a race balance job where we will match weight all of the components and then spin the assembly up on a computer balancing machine and internally balance it. All of the LT1/LT4 engines are Externally Balanced at the Flywheel but when you go with our Dynamic Balance Option we will change it to a much smoother Internal Balance.
And for the 210cc and bigger heads they say: "We used 195cc for low end torque and good street manners. If you go with a 210 or bigger head you will lose low end and the car will be harder to drive..."
I'm so confused.. I should place the order on monday.. I guess 396 will be my choice..
