Default I need a bin file

In need of a .bin or .lt1 file for a 94-95 TA M6. Did a search on the internet and all the sites I found that host these files aren't there anymore.

Already d/l a couple from there that said they were M6 but they had all the stuff for an auto when I opened it up in tunercat. Auto stuff shouldnt be there right? Anyway, here's the deal, I just did an OBD1 swap and now the car runs like a big turd. The ecm I put in is for an auto. It will barely idle, can barely get it to rev and it will only let me in 1st, 2nd and 4th gear. If I get rough enough with it it'll let me in reverse, that sounds nuts to me. I just tried to take it for a drive and that is not possible. I need one fast!

http://groups.yahoo.com/group/pcmhorsepower/ maybe they have one that will work, think you have to register but that is easy enough. If all else fails and you don't have something by tomorrow night I can send you one for a 95 M6 with a 306 cam, fuel and spark will be way off but it will give you a good base to work with.

I d/l a couple of files off there and again all the ones that say they are M6 have all the controls for an A4 when I open them up and look at them. Is this how it's suppose to be?? I wouldn't think a true M6 file should have the A4 controls in it. Every M6 file I have d/l is like this, I've got like 10 files. Does anybody know? I can't get this POS computer to communicate with the ecm right now anyway so I'm gonna try again tomorrow.

Thanks for clearing that up, I was gettin a lil bit confused . This switch you are talking about, is that the one in the speed calibration?? If it has that switch then I don't see why there are M6 and A4 files? Seems like they are all the same.

I figured out why the car wouldnt half run, it's an Impala ecm. I bought it off ebay and it was suppose to be for a 95 camaro. That's no biggie I know but this thing has been a pain in my *** ever since I clicked the pay button on ebay. I waited 4 weeks for the dude to ship it!! He lied twice about shipping it and then quit responding to my emails. I finally had to get paypal involved and the bastard got off his dead *** and shipped it real quick.

I'm screwed anyway because just as it was fixing to upload the new file I lost connection and now the ecm is dead. Have I mentioned that I HATE computer cars??? I'm so close to sticking a 4 barrel on the damn thing!!!

Oh yeah, thanks chuckels for sending the file, I think it may be the only actual STOCK file I have found. And does anybody know if there is someone around the Nashville area that could fix my ecm???

There aren't any from old enough cars here for what you were looking for, but Horist has a site hosting HPTuner bin files which is still around: http://www.horist.com/hptuner/search.asp?page=search

There's an Upload feature built in, so if anyone wants to contribute, upload away-- maybe Chuckels or Speedluv could get that stock file discussed put up there for future availability

Ah, darn... I didn't notice anything saying that specifically, so I had just assumed ODBI people hadn't happened to post any files so far

speedluv - if you want another stock file, I could send you mine: 95Z28 6spd

As mentioned before, the auto settings are present in a stick shift .bin - I think the platform ID bytes tell if its an auto or manual. Don't ask me how, but I think that's were it is found (the so called switch).
